1. Training Programs and Courses

We encourage all prospective students to attend our free demo sessions and thoroughly review the course curriculum before making a financial commitment.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Once a student has enrolled in a course and paid the fees (either in full or as an installment), the fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Batch Transfers: In the event of a documented medical emergency or unavoidable personal circumstance, we may, at our sole discretion, allow a student to pause their training or transfer to a future batch. • Access to Materials: If a student is dismissed from the program due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (such as sharing login credentials or disruptive behavior), no refund will be issued, and access to all learning materials will be revoked immediately.

For clients engaging VB Web Solution for services such as SEO, Social Media Management, PPC Advertising, Website Design, or Consulting:

• Advance Payments: Projects typically begin with an upfront payment or milestone-based payments. These advance payments cover initial strategy, research, and resource allocation, and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Cancellation of Services: Clients may cancel ongoing monthly retainers (e.g., monthly SEO or Social Media campaigns) by providing a 30-day written notice. The client will be billed for any work completed up to the date of cancellation.
• Third-Party Ad Spends: Any budget allocated to third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or hosting services) cannot be refunded by VB Web Solution once the funds have been loaded onto those platforms.
• Website Design and Development: If a web design project is canceled by the client after the design mockups have been approved and development has started, no refund of the initial deposit will be provided.

3. Cancellations by VB Web Solution

VB Web Solution reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course batch or terminate a service agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, trainer unavailability, or insufficient batch strength.

• Course Cancellations: If we cancel a course entirely and cannot provide a suitable alternative batch, enrolled students will receive a 100% full refund of the fees paid for that specific course.
• Service Termination: If we terminate a client project without cause, we will refund any prepaid amounts for services that have not yet been delivered.

4. Process for Refund Requests

If you believe your situation warrants an exception to this policy, you may submit a formal request:
